RANCHERO TRAVEL CENTER LLC., is located right off the 15 Freeway and Ranchero Road exit in the city of Hesperia, Ca. Property APN: 0357-591-60000 is a 5.97 acre parcel of vacant land on Ranchero Road and Caliente in the city of Hesperia strategically located east of the very busy Interstate 15 Freeway. All utilities are on-site, with nearby businesses such as Starbucks, Chronic Tacos, Fatburger and a fried chicken restaurant west (on the other side) of the 15 Freeway. There are two small gas stations, 76 and Chevron, also west of the 15 Freeway.
