RANCHERO TRAVEL CENTER LLC., is located right off the 15 Freeway and Ranchero Road exit in the city of Hesperia, Ca. The City of Hesperia has invested in building a brand new ramps off the freeway to Ranchero Road as well as widening the roads known as the Ranchero Corridor Project Ranchero Road Widening Project | City of Hesperia – Official Website

Property APN: 0357-591-60000 is a 5.97 acre parcel of vacant land on Ranchero Road and Caliente in the city of Hesperia strategically located east of the very busy Interstate 15 Freeway. All utilities are on-site, with nearby businesses such as Starbucks, Chronic Tacos, Fatburger and a fried chicken restaurant west (on the other side) of the 15 Freeway. There are two small gas stations, 76 and Chevron, also west of the 15 Freeway.

The 15 Freeway is an extremely busy thoroughfare with millions of vehicles traveling between San Diego and the Inland Empire, as well as between Southern California, Las Vegas, Nevada and the Intermountain West. Northwest of the property APN 0357-591-60000 is the City of Adelanto where Southern California Logistics Airport is located. To the north of Ranchero Road APN 0357-591-60000 in Hesperia is the City of Victorville. Brightline High Speed Rail connecting Victorville, CA to Las Vegas, NV is projected to begin construction in 2023 https://railroads.dot.gov/rail-network-development/environment/environmental-reviews/brightline-west-cajon-pass-high-speed.

On Caliente Avenue, less than one mile from the property, a new 1 million-square-foot build-to-suit industrial building located on a 60-acre parcel that is part of the 200-acre Hesperia Commerce Center One project is well underway. Hesperia Commerce Center One will be comprised of three class-A logistics buildings, each of which will provide at least 1 million square feet of space.
